Treatment Coverage
Treatment is applied at three stages: (1) Bottom surface and sides of excavations for columns and plinth beams, (2) Top surface of plinth filling before flooring, (3) Junction of walls and floors after construction.

Site Inspection & Assessment
Our certified technician visits the site to assess soil type, construction stage, and identify high-risk areas for termite entry.

Soil Treatment at Excavation Stage
Chemical emulsion (Chlorpyrifos 20% EC @ 5L/sq.m) applied to bottom and sides of excavations for columns, beams, and plinth wall trenches.

Plinth Filling Treatment
Top surface of plinth filling is treated with chemical emulsion before the flooring is laid, at the rate of 5 litres per sq. metre.

Junction Treatment
After construction, the junction of walls and floors are treated by rodding and spraying chemical into the soil along the perimeter.

Stamp paper warranty issued listing the chemical used, area treated, warranty period, and free annual inspection terms.
