Warranty on stamp paper. Soil treatment before construction to create a chemical barrier against subterranean termites.

Pre-construction anti-termite treatment is the most effective and economical way to protect your building from termites. The treatment is applied during the construction phase, before laying the flooring.

Why Pre-Construction Treatment?

  • Creates a long-lasting chemical barrier in the soil
  • Warranty provided on stamp paper — legally binding assurance of quality
  • CIB-registered chemicals used (Chlorpyrifos/Bifenthrin emulsion)
  • Cost-effective — treatment is easier and cheaper before construction
  • Free IPM training programs for building management teams

Treatment Coverage

Treatment is applied at three stages: (1) Bottom surface and sides of excavations for columns and plinth beams, (2) Top surface of plinth filling before flooring, (3) Junction of walls and floors after construction.

Our Treatment Process

  1. Site Inspection & Assessment

Our certified technician visits the site to assess soil type, construction stage, and identify high-risk areas for termite entry.

  2. Soil Treatment at Excavation Stage

Chemical emulsion (Chlorpyrifos 20% EC @ 5L/sq.m) applied to bottom and sides of excavations for columns, beams, and plinth wall trenches.

  3. Plinth Filling Treatment

Top surface of plinth filling is treated with chemical emulsion before the flooring is laid, at the rate of 5 litres per sq. metre.

  4. Junction Treatment

After construction, the junction of walls and floors are treated by rodding and spraying chemical into the soil along the perimeter.

  5. Documentation & Warranty

Stamp paper warranty issued listing the chemical used, area treated, warranty period, and free annual inspection terms.
