Drill-fill-seal treatment method to eliminate active termite infestation in existing buildings. Quarterly checkup included.
If your building is already constructed and showing signs of termite activity — mud tubes, hollow wood, damaged furniture — post-construction treatment is the solution.
Drill-Fill-Seal Method
Our certified technicians drill holes at regular intervals along the base of walls, floors, and near affected areas. The holes are then filled with CIB-approved termiticide under pressure, creating a chemical barrier. Holes are sealed with cement after treatment.
What's Included
- Thorough pre-treatment inspection
- Drilling and chemical injection at 12-inch intervals
- Quarterly checkup visits for the contract period
- Free spot treatment during active contract
- Complimentary re-inspection if termite activity reappears
Our Treatment Process
-
Inspection & Mapping
Thorough inspection of all termite activity signs: mud tubes, hollow wood sounds, damaged skirting, and window/door frames.
-
Drilling
Holes of 12mm diameter are drilled at 12-inch intervals along the base of all external and internal walls, and at construction joints.
-
Chemical Injection
CIB-approved termiticide (Bifenthrin 8% SC) is injected under pressure into drilled holes, saturating the soil beneath the flooring.
-
Sealing
Drilled holes are sealed with white cement after chemical injection for a clean finish.
-
Post-Treatment Monitoring
Quarterly checkup visits for the duration of the AMC contract. Free spot treatment for any residual termite activity.
